Lymphatic drainage

A hand-over technique used to drain excess lymphatic fluid (lymph) back into the lymphatic system, the function of which is to remove pollutants and foreign matter out of the body. Massage stimulates the lymphatic and venous system, improves the detoxifying ability of the body, increases immunity, helps to break down fats, reduces swelling, and prevents cellulite.

We recommend a 5-10 massage session at regular intervals.

This technique is provided in Inspirita by Irena Nováková and Kateřina Koudelková.
